Lavender wine Mikulov

Lavender wine was made by the wine grower Petr Marcinčák for his wife Hana who loves the lavender for its beauty, scent, for its perseverance and modesty. Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) has exceptional healing properties and has beneficial effects on the whole organism. It helps especially with headaches, insomnia, stress and it lowers blood pressure.

The taste of lavender wine

Lavender wine has a light violet colour and a distinctive scent of lavender, however, it results in a very pleasing and calming impression. The taste is fruity, spicy and full-bodied with the aftertaste of lavender honey.
